Basically Dequine is something to connect all stables that behind the scenes are run by simmer going by Dorms (dormilone). The site/blog of Dequine is more focused on the behind the scenes happenings than in game events. So stories of the lives of each establishments characters are told on their own sites and Dequine tells background to simmers doings - which stable has been focus lately, (major) updates to sites, plans for downloads, interesting findings and so on...
In game Dequine is a sponsor for most of the "documented" competitions, few horses carry Dequine prefix in their show name and some of the characters do "consulting" for the association. Pretty much all competition grounds in game are owned/run by Dequine, the establishments themselves have only grounds suitable for training purposes.
